Hi all,
At the end of August we've consolidated all our domains registered at internet.bs into a single account (diff. TLDs) and later changed whois in bulk with an European address (we're referring to European GTLDs so we've complied with their registration requirements related to a local presence here in Europe).

We got a successful registrant change confirmation email so we didn't check anymore their whois till today.

We've now been approached by Afnic regarding incorrect whois info for one of our .Fr domains so we've sadly discovered the bulk whois change didn't get through properly but it's now too late.
The .Fr domain in object had wrong whois info in the previous account (so it's showing data of our Moldavian company and Austria as country and here we've 2 errors in one because the entered country is incorrect and Moldavian entities are not eligible to own Dot Fr names).

We're no longer in the position to apply a new whois change because the domain has been frozen while Afnic asked for proof of identity by confirming there's no way to replace whois records until we'll have proven our company identity.

Question: is there any chance to recover our .Fr domain ? Our registrar is probably the only responsible for this incident hot having applied the requested whois change when we submitted it a couple of months back but Afnic doesn't care about that it seems.
We've just provided the company documentation but now they'll probably cancel our registration considering a Moldavian company can't own a .Fr domain so they'll not give us any chance to apply the needed corrections.

Any advice ? Is there a way according to .Fr registration policy to pay a penalty fee to recover our domain or should we just consider it lost ?

Thanks for your advice.

Can you actually own the name? You said a Moldavian company cannot own names in the .fr extension. Did Internet.BS help you out?
