Wrong sending e-gold!

i was ask my e-gold agent to fill my e-gold account. BUt it wrong destination, not to me. i send wrong number to my agent, but my agent know the number was different to egold account name i sent. it just about 16 USD. How to know the e-gold owner email?

You can't know his email ..

But you can send him $0.01 payment with Memo like " please contact me at [email protected] .. it's me who sent $16 before "

Yes i have sent mail to e-gold. I also sent to my agent to send memo or give me usd on my account to be able to send memo, because it first time i try to fill my e-gold.
