It looks like I have the End user interest. After my email to this minicomputer producer Marketing & Sales Manager replied :

"Dear Mr. Robert K.,
With reference to your e-mail, would it be possible to have a quotation ?
I look forward to hearing from you soon,

Cordially R.T.
Marketing & Sales Manager "

This email I was constructing exactly as I have read How to write emails to the end users how guys adviced here in the thread in dissccusion part is placed on the top place

So the email technique works. :)

The question now is Sould I be first who ask the price? or sould i reply with Which domain do You mind?(I have more dns on this topic)

And I would like to ask You - about the price range it could be?not to sell too low

Thanks for advices :)

I'm not sure I follow... what "guideline" did you follow? Which company replied? Of how many companies did you send the "guideline" too?

As for the negotiation.. set a price you want to get and spin the wheel. If you keep going back and forth without a price in mind, you will loose them REALLY fast,

You are dealing with an end user, not a PPC hosting investor, so you need to consider a few things... What can THEY afford? What kind of business are they doing that would be advantageous for them to own your domain and what kind of potential does it have for them to justify any cost.

Consider these things while you are thinking about the new Boat you might like to by with your domain sale. ;)

Remember, above all, that value is in the mind of the buyer... NO ONE ELSE. People will routinely give value based on their perspective, history, relationships, memories, stupid OVT ratings or other such nonsense... ReSellers are EMOTIONALLY driven for the most part... sell them ENERGY, EXCITEMENT and POTENTIAL.

Whatever you have done (or not done) with a domain to day has almost ZERO impact on what they will do with it once they have it. NEW marketing will go into it along with new SEO.

So BE REASONABLE. 50% of some magical number if you happen to undersell is a whole lot better than 100% of nothing if you overprice.

Good luck!

Where are they located? If they are in a different Country than you, I would suggest you might use SEDO for the ESCROW. They do alot of international escrow work.

If you want some help, I'll be glad to do some background work and find out what kind of revenues they are capable of supporting (what their sales estimates are for your market niche and what their ad/marketing budget is).

Then, its a matter of letting it go mentally. You set your number and be happy with it. No more second guessing and no regrets. That's the way you have to be to keep your sanity.

YEARS ago, I let FreeMoney.com go for PENNIES of what it's worth today. I still get twisted angry when I think about that. I mean REALLY angry.

Don't harbor those kinds of feelings... it's not healthy, trust me. :)

IM or email me if you need more detailed help, otherwise, I can do what I can from here. DMediaWest.com is my marketing firm and this is a big part of what we do. You can contact me through there as well or just sign up for our newsletter from the site.
