Wprobot ...Any Good ??

I have been looking into an autoposting blog and wprobot is one of the themes to get my attention

Has anyone ran a wprobot site and can i see some examples if possible

Can you export the content as a backup like a normal wordpress site in case your hacked ?

Yes, all posts can be saved, but your settings in wprobot will need to be redone.

WpRobot save the contents on our database.
So we can export them just like regular blog posts.

I am still deciding between an autoblog and starting a forum , one is hardly any time and one is lots of time but original

Why don't both?

As you said, autoblog requires hardly any time, so you can concentrate on the forum which requires huge time. Hence you will get both the benefit, an autoblog and an original content rich forum!

BTW, you can also go for WP-O-MATIC, have heard it is a good plugin for autoblogging.
