Below is a Domain Im selling with stats, but that isnt what the post is about. . .

I now want to sell some of my minisites, because I need cash.

Who can I sell them too?

Should we be pitching Minisites to endusers?

Are Minisites only going to be sold to other domainers?

How are we going to sell the site? Revenue, Traffic?

What is everyone's thoughts on how to sell a minisite . . .

I own the domain name CheapRims.us

It has a minisite and has been online for several months now.

I am looking to sell the domain name which is ranked in Google, Yahoo & Bing.

Most of the Traffic comes from Search Engines - I am happy to supply google analytics to anyone that makes a serious offer.

Oct - To Date - £18.63 ($30.52)

I used this site to calculate earnings in Dollars ( I am paid in GBP ) - Dollars 2 Pounds - US Dollars to Pounds (USD 2 GBP) exchange rate.

I am also happy to supply adsense stats once an offer has been sent.

I havent tried any affilate programs etc on the site so there is scope to earn even more cash than what it is already doing.

I need to raise some funds ASAP hence why I am looking to sell this domain.

You dont need to be a US Citizen to own a US domain.

If you can prove that you do business in the US Nexus shall allow you to own it if you get asked.

Im from the UK but I buy, sell and trade alot in the US and nexus didnt have any issue with my owning my .us names.
