Would you class this as a gambling site?

I had adsense ads on this site. It's basic a database of poker stories, hand nicknames etc.

After discovering google does not allow gambling sites, i've taken the ads off. Should i ask google if this is classed as a gambling site? Should i report my earnings for this site?

I have other sites using adsense, and i really don't want to get banned for this one!

I would definately consider it to be a gambling site.
While it may not offer gambling directly the fact that it links to some many gambling resources would classify it as a gambling site.

Technically, "no".
However you never know what Adsense mods might think/do.
To play it safe, I'd put something else up there. Adsense doesn't pay too much for casino clicks as of recent, so there isn't much of a reason to risk it.

Thx, i've taken the ads off. I'll scout around and see if anyone else allows gambling-related sites in their ad programs.

the domain and a quick browse of the said site tells me it's all gambling but what my opinions are useless for google site reviewer.
