domain Would someone appraise my domain?

Hi, would someone please appraise 2 domains of mine because I need money now and I want to sell my domains. I have tried LeapFish but I do not trusted it because I got high prices for them. So would you please appraise my domains?

1. TeamCPM.net
2. Joatp.org

TeamCPM is based by "team" and "cpm", I thought that it might be useful for someone who has a CPM advertising service. It has only a few traffics now because it is just online but it has PR 2.
