Worth Reg'ing?

I have an idea for a domain name, and it IS available.

I think the domain has a great chance of being bought buy an end user.

But when it is searched on Google, no ads come up for it on the far right. It doesn't bring up that many results at all. But it would totally suit dozens upon dozens, if not hundreds of traveling companies.

And, it's long. A two word phrase, but together, it takes up 21 letters.

So do I reg it?

I feel it goes against the basic principles of buying and reselling domains. It's long in character length, not many results for it when searched, and the results that do pop up don't even have to do with the type of business the domain would be associated with.

Oh, and just to drive the point home, estibot values it at Reg fee.

So should I reg it? Or am I pissing into the wind?

Is it fantasticalvoyage? :p

And it never hurts to reg if you feel there is a strong chance to get a return. :tu:

well it's only 7$ if you have the "gut feeling" it could sell, then try... though not many google results may mean that people are not too fond of this phrase...

Taste[grace period 3-5 days] the domain for a few days, evaluate the traffic and revenue. Keep it if it generates traffic/revenue or else discard it.

I think you're probably wasting your money unless you develop the domain. I think from your own comments, there isn't much demand for this domain. All my gut instincts of this nature turn into "what the hell was I thinking when I regged that domain".
