Great domain here. Even for someone who dislikes most domains when they're not .com's or .org's, it's still a great name. I would say you could get a good $750 for it. The keywords are great. The only end-user/development problem about the domain is although it would make a great blog and or site, the keywords are low-paying in things like AdSense. You will see a lot of one penny paying public service ads. But hey, if you are making a peace website, this is the domain to make it with Best of luck to you!
