I was using this domain as a fansite for the massively popular blizzard's MMORPG World of Warcraft. That MMO has millions of monthly subscribers; it's probably one of the biggest if not the biggest that exist. However, I don’t play the game anymore, so it’s now used as my personal domain name.
I’d now like to know what's the value of this domain name.
worldofwarcraft.ca
owned since 2003
Here are the unique visitors in the last 4 month.
Note: I’ve removed the fan site approximately 6-7 months ago. Thus this traffic represent the actual unique visitors of my own useless blog (like if they wanted to read my rants :hehe
. How much do you guys think it’d be worth?
[root@hd apache]# cat access_log | grep warcraft | grep "Dec/2005" | awk '{print $2}' | sort -u | wc -l
1202
[root@hd apache]# cat access_log | grep warcraft | grep "Nov/2005" | awk '{print $2}' | sort -u | wc -l
2908
[root@hd apache]# cat access_log | grep warcraft | grep "Oct/2005" | awk '{print $2}' | sort -u | wc -l
3834
[root@hd apache]# cat access_log | grep warcraft | grep "Sep/2005" | awk '{print $2}' | sort -u | wc -l

Thanks,
Karl
