Yes, looks like this was purchased by a television station. And already in use!

More interestingly, it’s part of an important public broadcasting service owned by the Educational Broadcasting Corporation (non-profit), whose CEO is the former head of NBC news.

WNET (Thirteen.org) is the MOST watched PBS station in the USA serving the NY, NJ and CT region. They also control the 3rd most watched PBS channel WLIL in Long Island.
