The name is very good, well suited for development, although Harrah's is, selectively, protective of the WSOP name. I would say mid/high xx wholesale with strong upward potential for building a site. The developed value is a function of the traffic/rev, but if you have no legal issues, you could be looking at xxx + with good traffic on a developed site. RF
