The 2006 World Cup in Germany :tu: ! Can't wait :D ! Starts Friday, June 3, 2006!

So ... let's get on with the predictions:

(1)Who do you think will win?
(2)Who will they win against?
(3)Top scorer?
(4)Top goal keeper?
(5)Also I want to know who you think will surprise (i.e. underdogs) .

I say:
(1) Brazil will win. Second choice Holland.
(2) Hmmm ... they'll win against Holland/Brazil (I think Holland will be a force to reckon with this time around). Argentina might be in there too.
(3) Ronaldo, Ronaldinho or Van Nistelrooy
(4) Dida or Vandersar
(5) Underdog: I think it'll be a first timer-nation ... I say Ivory Coast. Iran also, perhaps (not sure if they're first-timers).

I want to know your thoughts :tu: !

I haven't seen the US play at all, so I won't offer any opinions . The Swedes can make it past the first round, IMHO, with little trouble. The English are in the middle, I think. They're under-rated for sure. If Rooney comes back, they'll be tough, if he doesn't, they'll still be tough . I see them easily past the first two rounds.
