The layout and the concept in general are interesting and well done. You may want to check the top menu. When your mouse is over the menu it turns red (which is great btw) but the images are blurry around the text, which makes it look less professional. Other than that, it looks great.

Didn't see this page. :O Well everyone says it is nice and all, I have some points. I found the questions too spaced out on the homepage. It almost makes the page seem completely empty!

I can see all the blur/pixels for all the jpegs you used. Sometimes I find that unprofessional. Maybe try use pngs? Check the size difference.

When you hover over a users picture once inside a question, the layout of the box that appears isn't as colourful or nice as the rest of the site. Maybe do a bit more css with that. Why does the hover also not happen on the homepage? It seems to happen everywhere else on the site. Odd if you ask me.

In the leader board, the table doesn't quite reach the end (in Google Chrome) and there is no hover again.

The search bar up the top. I thought that was an ad! Might need to change the size of it. Far too big compared to any normal search bar sorry.

Other than all of that a pretty neat site you have there. Good luck with it and hope it goes well for you.
