I only recently (1-2 weeks ago) added my WordPress site to Google Webmaster Tools, however I still expected it to have organized / indexed my KEYWORDS by now. It hasn't. My website and domain are both full of key words but nothing is showing up.

I did a W3C Validation on it and there are about 50 minor errors (&amp and missing > etc).

Is there something from a development standpoint that I'm not doing?

Any thoughts or tips?

Normally, wordpress is easy to index but I think this is because your validation so pls validate for error free

This could be a number of reasons, most of which have nothing to do with WordPress (as it is pretty well SEO'd out of the box).

Maybe your domain is banned from Google, which could be due to a previous owner. Or maybe your "keywords" are too competitive and you're simply not ranking for them.

Submitting a sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools is also no guarantee that you will be indexed at all, it's more like a suggestion.

If your talking about the keywords in the webmaster tools then i think it takes longer for that information to show up than 2 weeks.
