Wordpress Theme Help!

I cant seem to get wordpress themes onto wordpress, I try to get into my folders and stuff on mu cPanel, but its just confusing!

Please help!

not sure exactly what the problem is?

ftp up the root directory* of the theme into wp-content/themes, then select the theme under the presentation menu in wordpress.

*the one that has the files directly under it
