Wordpress Plugin Developer Wanted

I am looking for a wordpress plugin Guru, not someone who is good with wordpress plugins, I need someone who lives, eats and breathes Wordpress.

Criteria:

• Must know the automotive industry (First hand experience of a Dealership preferable)
• Must reside in North America, no exceptions
• Must be able to take direction so that I'm not spending hours repeating myself

This will be an ongoing project.

Profit share possible.

Again, must be a Wordpress Guru, if you are not, please do not reply as I don't have time to waste
