Experienced Wordpress Designer/Developer Wanted

Hi all,

I'm looking for someone who can do a complete custom design for Wordpress MU / including slice n dice and implement, including development.

If you only have 1-2 years experience at this, please do not respond.

This will be an ongoing project.

Please provide project portfolio and I do not mean someone else's template that you've replaced a graphic or 2 on.

MUST be from USA (no disrespect but I prefer being able to call someone from my cell phone who is within the same approximate timezone)

There are quite a few components to this project. I'm not looking for an expert in one area of Wordpress.

Only those I'm interested in will be contacted/replied to.
