Wordpress "pingback" question

Hi. This may be a noob WP question, but I have several blogs with good pagerank which get many "pingbacks". How do I decide whether to accept or not? Do I click the link and see whether the site looks legit?

If you want to have legitimate pingbacks, you really have to check them one by one.
