Thank you for taking the time to compare both scripts. Now that the truth has been flushed out, there is nothing more to say here.

Alright, so in reviewing the two scripts it seems that both parties are partially correct.

The version of sitemile's script does have a few functions which are virtually identical to an early version of ClassiPress, however, many elements have been changed and are now under different variable names. As far as I can tell, no part of the code was directly "copied," however, it may have been rewritten with the same format, just with different variables. In a sense, sitemile did actually rewrite the code from scratch - he just followed the format which was given in the original version of ClassiPress.

I cannot disallow the sale of either script, as there is not enough of a connection between the two *current* versions for me to make a good judgement call.

I would highly suggest that users evaluate both scripts fully before purchasing one or the other, as both have been developed extensively.

yes as i said above i explained the reasons why the themes might have similar parts. read above. And yes as Rick says i wrote my theme code from scratch(and didnt had access to classipress code).

But as also Rick says, he cant disallow the selling of the scripts ...so its customer's choice. Both are good.

Yes its possible, you just need to know a bit of Google Maps api code.

Yep you can transform any of the translations in your language by replacing the translated files with your own language translated files.
