When appraising a domain, what do you use as a tool? How do you determine the price?

Me personally? I have these dice. I see the name and I roll the dice and times that by 7.., then I ask the oujie board.

Very interested in responses for a project I am doing.

I base my appraisals very heavily on past sales from www.NameBio.com and also use traffic, PR, OVT, etc. data from www.Estibot.com to adjust accordingly. Has worked pretty well for me so far.

I recommend that you go through the appraisal forum and take a look at various appraisers' profiles.

I use NameBio.com, Google, Estibot (to review metrics only), and review various websites to see recently closed comparable sales.
