I won the domain name SpanishRealEstate on Godaddy Expired Domains and I've paid the full amount of $360 USD. ( it happened yesterday )
Now, I see that the site is not parked by godaddy and it has the old landing page of the owner.

I went to auctions on godaddy and saw that the domain moved to "Didn't win"

WHAT DO I DO?? How do I receive a refund??

Godaddy will auto send you a refund, you can call them to find out this very information, or read their TOS.

You have nothing to worry about. Godaddy is a billion dollar company. You will get your refund.

The domain owner probably renewed at the last minute.

Previous owner renewed as others have said. When you bid on a GD expired name there will be a date on the listing that states when you will/could take control. Its usually about a week after the end of the auction. Untill the domain is moved into you're accout the name is not yours. You will receive your refund in quick time.

Be patient. You will get your refund, I'm, sure. Contact Godaddy in the meantime.

Is it a .CO? They seem to do it a lot for those in my experience. It can be a real pain when this happens especially when you think you've got a good domain in the bag.
