Uk news says that it was legit and that the cat was there for 15 hours

They say that she can not be brought to a court as she has *broken no laws* but human outcry has brought this to the attention of the nspca and the police have asked that people do not take this into their own hands..

She should face something .. imo ...

lol...so what...she gets a public shaming? That's really all that's going to happen. Heck she might MAKE MONEY from this if she wanted to get paid for an interview. Strange world we live in. Some cat gets thrown in the garbage one day and it's international outcry but starving people in Africa everyday and no one cares.

Here is a thought. Maybe she felt the cat was going to get hit by a car or lost and that putting it in the garbage would keep it out of trouble till the owners got home.
