Are these worth anything more than reg fee? Or should I just develop them myself?

Develop. The average internet user probably won't know a 3 represents an e in 1337 5p34|<, lol. Reg fee IMO.

If you ever look at the drop lists, you'll find that such domains that replace letters with similar looking numbers constitute among the biggest drops.

Reg fee...no reseller will touch it, but you might get lucky. I was able to sell my G4ay.com for $15
