I offered to buy if seller could prove the name is his. Seller offered to sell me the name and would push the domain to me "in 5 minutes" of payment, and if he didnt I could just do a paypal chargeback. When I asked him to simply change something in his whois record he said he is at work and cant make any such change now, but would when he gets home from work later 'if the name is still available'. So I asked how can he offer to push the name in 5 minutes if he cant even change the whois?

Buyer beware, I think.

I see he just listed wpqm.com for sale too. Totally different whois. This name is based in Latvia vs the other domain the OP has listed with a Maine whois
