The only Chile ccTLD domain I've head (but not visited) is so.cl, in my guess it wont help increasing your domain worth.
.mx is not doing well recently, I've seen lots good keyword of dropping everyday.

I think they were trying to tell you that Wiya is a Chilean word. (Impressive that you guys knew that, btw ) I just looked it up and it is an adjective within the Mapudungun language, according to Wiki.

Fyi, "y" is a vowel, so what you have there is a CVVV.

Value? No idea. Don't think there is a local Mapudungun market, since according to Wiki the Mapuche did not have a written alphabet. So it would have to be valued as a brandable, and as such does not really pass the radio test. On the other hand, it is an LLLL.com, so if you find a user who likes the sound of it, it might garner some money. But your other domain soxa is much much better :imho:

I'm certainly missing something here. Any LLLL.com is easy to remember and if pronounceable it can be brandable, but I'm finding this domain very hard to pronounce in English without mentioning this one isn't a CVCV domain and has two low quality letters.

Wiya - an attractive LLLL but not to the point of being stellar, just pleasant. Looks nice as why-yah or wee-yah in pronunciation. 'Ya' is a neat ending, positive and slang.

I think a sober reseller price would be in the $250 - 700 range depending on how much they like it. End user price should be in the $2K+++ range for an interested buyer.

Nice name but not hot, IMO, the kind of name that might not find a solid end user ever... or then again might. No clear usage to it so it's all in the mind of whoever might want to brand it and for what particular use. Noticed another of your LLLL for appraisal here; have you submitted these to BrandBucket? I think these are the kinds of names they would be happy to accept.
