domain (Salfa) dot com Surprising for me

Hello mates

I have this domain for about years ,the reason I have this name because its mean in my language ( talk , chat , conversation) . So I decided to sale it last two years ,but what i realize is that the name use for large companies in Chile also another one use for large international constrations company.

I will really appreciate your thoughts about this name.

There are a few companies, & a NGO that go by this name.
Its' also a proper name, with several people in the SERPs.
It's a village in India.
In the unlikely event that anyone attempts a reverse hijacking (UDRP / WIPO attack), one can simply point to the other companies using the name:
Salfa.cl - large dealer in cars, trucks, and heavy equipment,
SalfaCorp.com - a commercial construction company,
Salfachemicals.com - chemical make in India,
Salfa.it - an Italian manufacturer,
salfa-web.org - a NGO on Madagascar.
Some of these are also potential customers for the dot com.

When I suggested using a broker, I didn't mean a dumping ground like Sedo. I meant a reputable pro like Rob Sequin or Toby Clements.

That doesn't mean a thing, if the word is TM'd, its TM'd, it doesn't matter about all that info or whether its a proper name or a village in India, have a read through this below and you will see...be careful what legal advice you give people...all I'm saying is make sure the owner checks first before approaching anyone

Not if they have it TMd for different products, if one is chemicals and one is cars, then they arent infringing as the name is TMd for different products, cmon...are you serious

OP is not entering into any of these businesses.
Every Salfa may have their own TM.
But, OP is not selling the products or services of TM holders.
If these companies are not infringing each other, then OP is not infringing any of them, either.
