I'd rather have the .org
Hard to appraise a domain like that, given that it's commercial prospects are very narrow. It sounds like a non-profit from the start.

I think it is an ok name depends on development but worth a hundred bucks in my opinion.Without war.org is developed I see the .net version is not reg'd.
