domain WirelessSoftware.info

[Domainer2015]

Just picked up the domain WirelessSoftware.info a couple weeks ago, here's some of the info on it;

It's been registered for 13 years and 1 month
Has a pagerank of 2
Has domain authority of 42/100
Has plenty of backlinks
Exact keyword with high CPC

I haven't done anything with it yet but I plan to either flip it or develop it into a mini site. What does everyone think it's worth?

From a domain perspective, I think the value is low. It is a very narrow niche specifically for software for wireless networking devices etc (in the line of wireless networks, NOT for smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc). You can gauge some of this by looking at the search counts - only 720 searches per month.

That being said, a niche with exact keywords can have value and tech .INFOs do better than some categories. The hard part with this one is not having a lot of endusers IMHO. I'd put it at low $xx reseller and low $xxx enduser.

Now, the stats you gave, if validated, might give it more value than the domain itself. Just make sure you validate all those details - a PR2 can be "faked" and backlinks can be garbage - so you should do your homework on that. If validated, then I would definitely agree with developing it further using the current traffic - you will make a lot more on the developed website.

I should add that, to a domainer's eye your domain has three s's too many

of course, everything changes if your domain has enough traffic... backlinks and PR means nothing if domain has no traffic
