I personally think it has some value because the domain already has the main keyword in it. Has 480 searches per month and CPC of 3.87 for Help With Excel keyword.

It will be worth more if you build the site, or at least offer the articles with the sale. The challenge you'll run into is all other extensions are available so someone could just pick up the dot net for $10 instead of paying a premium for the dot com. You're better off selling this as a site.
