Wireless Cable TV?

I'm putting a TV in my room but it's going to be impossible to get a coax cable for TV up here (I currently use a wireless router to get internet on my computer) so I was wondering if there was a such thing as wireless TV. Much like my wireless internet works, you'd just hook it up to the coax and then it would transmit a wireless signal, and then hook it up to my TV to recieve the signal. I searched Google but I was getting other things unrelated to this.

I use a similar system in my home to run from my directtv reciever to my upstairs comp (Don't ask why ), and my one problem with it is that it does lose signal quality. If you're picky, find a way to run the cable

call your cable company and see if they can do it. We had several hooked up at our house and the first outlet started at 13 bucks. If you order more they're less.

For 13 bucks or even 20 bucks its not even worth the stress. Have the cable guy do it.

That's what I was about to say as well - My better half has a bad habit of buying all those gadgets ... Very few actually work the way they are supposed to - One of the biggest pieces of "Crap" was that Emerson Switch Box back in the dialup days .... Made the phone sound like 2 solo cups with a string in between - lol -

You could purchase a video extender from Radio Shack. been using an older model for years and it works great! Goes from my satellite receiver downstairs to my upstairs bedroom at other end of house.

If you do purchase one, make sure it has the INFRARED extender as well. That way you can user your remote from your other room too!
