Easy to spell
Two words in one WIRE WIRERS
It's hip

Creative use such as:
live.wire.rs
hot.wire.rs

Would love some advices from experts on here.

How much is it worth?
What should be my next step?
If I want to sell it now Sedo or Flippa?

Yea it's not all that great. I hope you didn't "invest" too much into it.
Just list it on Sedo and hope someone bites. I wouldn't renew though.
Value at mid $xx for Tune and Wire.
