Hi there....

Subject: Online Game called: Guild Wars
Need: vB skin - designed and coded - for vB 3.6 - fluid style
Need: coordinating favicon
Need: coordinating button 125x125 and banner vertical 120x240
Need: Resolution: 1024
Need: PSD
Need: ad space available in all 4 areas - left side, right side, header and footer.... (see more about that below)
Need: Top Navigation Bar - with 9+ categories
Contest ENDS: Oct. 2nd - Monday - midnight - EST (winner announced the next day)
Prize: $225. USD - for all above (if you don't know how to code and still want to submit a skin design - have at it - if I love your design - then I will purchase the vB skin design for $75. USD. )

- but I will announce it HERE first and give everyone 48 hours to get final entries in...


Miscellaneous Details:
I do NOT want the actual domain name on the skin....

the design needs to be unique and original....
do NOT use copyrighted material...

you can not redistribute the design in whole or part...
winning design becomes my property...


Design Needs to have:
left side menu
top naviagation bar - just above the vB
left side, right side, header, and footer, ( all four) - open space for
google ad sense or other related advertisement open space...
the headers open space to be below the design element...

I will select ONE winner for this contest - because of the nature of
what I need.... however - every designer that contributes
a design meeting my requests will receive some NP$ as a Thank
You - after the contest ends... (as I do with ALL my design contests)

What do you mean when you say 'ad space available in all 4 areas - left side, right side, header and footer'

I dont understand the left side and right side part.

could you draw a little example on paint or something please

where sites normally have tables on either side - those tables would be where I would insert some ads.... for example on this blog - it has a right a left and a middle - - - - http://daytonfirefighters.com/WhatsNew/


although on the Guild Wars game site this contest design is for - the side columns do NOT need to be as wide as they are on the blog example above...

I'll see if I can find another GW related site that has something similar - so I can show you...

I have never owned a vBulletin - so I have no clue as to wheter or not you are permitted by vBulletin to use their default template and edit it .... perhaps someone that knows - will see this and respond with the information.... (that would be nice)

Within the Management system of vBulletin there is a comprehensive tool to allow changes to css, style, tables, borders, etc. Think of it like an editor.

It's not the be all and end all, and it certainly isnt "easy" to do/use.

If you have a look at www.websiteforums.co.uk DB, you'll see that I've changed the header files to allow for a "unique" banner/menu structure. You will see also that the colors of the tables and borders et all are no longer the "standard" light blue/dark blue, they are grey/dark grey.

I believe Selim06 is saying he can change/adjust/manipulate vb via the management tool.

But if you really want I can give you a website's adress(in Turkish) which theme's is edited by me.

But I think there are better ones than me at the VB Theme coding.So wait for them,the prize is really good!
And just one more thing I know some coders that they can create a new VBulletin theme for you.So if you will not avaible to find the person.I may help you.
