Established Wine Website --- High SE ranks

Pinot Gris is the top selling white wine in the U.S. after Chardonnay. I have decided to put my website www.pinotgris.biz up for sale. It comes loaded with great ORIGINAL content, and also comes up highly-ranked on a search for Pinot Gris (out of over 2 million sites - Google).

Yahoo #3 overall for Pinot Gris (no quotes).
MSN #4 overall for Pinot Gris (no quotes).
Google - Page #4 for Pinot Gris (no quotes).

Current PageRank for the site is zero, although it apparently just moved into the Top 50 results for Pinot Gris searches on Google, so it very well may be moving up.

The site has over 150 yahoo backlinks according to marketleap.com

The site has received 144 hits in September so far, with 3 clicks.
August stats were 149 hits and 1 click.

Just an FYI, your blog has an error. State Laws prohibit wine/alcohol/beer to be shipped into Iowa without going through the State Liquor Board.

According to our records (I work for a winery), Iowa is an open state for wine shipments.

Last chance before I take this off the market...
I did get an offer in the $100 range, but I'm looking for something closer to my asking price.

According to our records (I work for a winery), Iowa is an open state for wine shipments.

I have a relative that works for the liquor commision, and Iowa used to be open. They stopped that a couple years back because they figured out they were loosing money by not collecting taxes on wine coming over the state lines.

The new site looks good, I wish you luck on the sale.
