Develop the website into what kind of a purpose? Maybe you should have it a go ..companys are not just handing out cars

Companies no. But there's plenty of contests, raffles ect, offering cars as prizes.

Edit: Just for US, Google returns more than 1.6 billion results when searching "win a car". So yeah, companies actually do hand out cars as prizes.
