i'm new here, but can easily tell this thread is expired and you have been told numerous times... ITS NOT WORTH IT per TM issues

it took me all of 2 secs to find that one case.

if you're not going to trust the input of everyone that has already told you its a TM issue, why are you even bothering asking for an appraisal is the way i see it.**

TONS Of TM issues on appraisal forums all the time.

I think that this one is a big TM issues. The idea to make a hack site would be great & suitable. But I think MS would def not stand for it.

absolutely right!!
there are lots of domains registered out there which are very likely for tm issues(even on sedo)..bt hardly they come under the hammer!
