Hi. I have bought this one a month ago. It is very generic and I think that the word itself will overcome .am weakness
So, will you share your appraisals?
And do somebody know why they have stopped selling .am domains 2 weeks ago?

I got voip.am some years ago (or it was .fm?). Anyway, I thought it was a wonderful combinantion but unfortunately it wasn't. Keyword has not overcame this .ext weakness, unfortunately (I am not a developer). I let it expire or sold for a few forum $, dont remember exactly. I see someone else has this name as parked without visits, offers, etc.
I worry the same case is wimax.am but would like to be wrong!

yes, you might be right. I am receiving 2-3 visits per day since the registration. I am considering to offer the two WiMAX firms in Armenia - Comstar and Nexcom. Comstar are russians and Nexcom are americans. I hope that they will be interested. I have researched Nexcom behavior around the world ( they have WiMAX networks in many countries) and found out that in every country they are working, they had bought wimax. domain name ( for example wimax.bg in Bulgaria). So, I hope that they will want to buy and this one Do you think it is possible?
