Creativity is what will take you far. Most people are scared to be creative.

If I'm going to spend the time developing out a website and business, then I would want to do it on the best .com I could buy, not a domain hack.

That said, as far as domain hacks go, it's a pretty good one.

But on the topic of creativity... people get too creative and fancy when they're new to domaining and end up registering a bunch of junk that will never sell. What works in domaining is tried and true, the stuff that people can figure out instantly, and stuff that everyone wants to buy.
