If Yahoo founders approached you, 15 years ago and ask for your permission to profile you (you and your business) on their homepage, would you have agreed?

My name is Elie, my company and a group of local investors are considering teaming up to create a website that will profile ordinarily individuals (around the global) that do business on the internet or are in the process of starting an online business. A different group of individuals will be future on the website each week.

The concept is still under development. Please post suggestion, comment or feedback.

I treasure the little bit of privacy I have, so no, I would not be interested in something like that. If it was solely about my online company, more people including myself may be interested. (aka free advertising)

well no i would not because i would not give my personal information out to a new company. It is like giving your credit card number to a unsecure website.
