I'm not ready to invest in an automated fraudcall system. I'm not entirely sure how that would help what I'm most concerned about anyhow -- scammers with stolen paypal accounts making quick "scam and run" transactions.
I may give instant NP$ delivery a try for the bank and see how it goes. As is now, the bank is not frequently used. Most transactions for buying NP$ are done between members.
Would the fact that NP$ is delivered instantly encourage people to buy from the bank at a higher rate? If not, we could be discussing allowing users to enable PayPal IPN when selling NP$ through the exchange.
