You missed #1:

You may not include any Adobe trademark in your company name, product or service name, or domain name.

Also, please do yourself a favor and learn the difference between a copyright and a trademark before you register another domain. You don't need a law degree to buy and sell domains, but you should at least understand the basics about trademarks. There's plenty of info in the legal section and elsewhere in this forum .
