Hmmm... my Dad was a forest ranger, and I put in a few years at firefighting myself when younger, so I'll take a stab:
Wildfires can refer to both out of control forest fires and city fires (but almost always means forest/grass/mountains, etc), so the name's versatile, and - even if they don't know exactly what it means - everyone's heard the term wildfire, so it's got some common-usage factor.
There are a nice amount of people searching this info: google results for "wildfire safety" in quotations is around 90,000, which is quite nice... and actually quite surprising none reg'd this before you (or have you had this name for a long time?)
Still, even those buyers wanting to dev probably wouldn't spend too much on a name like this, we're not talking about a money crowd here... and many would want to use an org, gov, or other extension, even like .info.
Clear words, easily recognized, with obvious meaning and use, but with uncertain large development/selling possibility, I'll appraise:
(undev'd)
reseller - somewhere xx, even low xxx
end user - somewhere low - high xxx... very usable, and a lot of people wanting info about this, even though at first glance it seems like a niche use, so you may get an even higher price eventually, if you track down the right end users
