Over the past two weeks athletec64 (Derek) and I (peaches017) have joined forces in buying domains. We call ourselves “Deterinc.” We’ve registered some domains – we’d love some appraisals.

We realize there is a lot of domains here but we are offering 10NP$ and rep for good, thought out appraisals.

Monchengladbach.DE (this is the best one on the list in my opinion, correct spelling, and one word, I'd hang on to this one to sell it to an end user, or if you are well versed in german, or have access to someone who is, you could even develop this into a portal for the city and really sell it for big bux)

None of the names jump out at me as being worth x,xxx, however, a few certainly have potential. Specifically, coolgadgets.info could be developed into a website that focused on the latest technology and electronic equipment. I also think that warmweather.info has potential into being an informational source or gateway for vacations.

I also think you have a couple of duds on your hands. These two jumped out at me: MassachusettsSchools.info and ConnecticutsShools.info. Personally, I would not have regged these domains because they are difficult to spell and are very long. I think your idea behind regging them is correct, but make sure you keep in mind the length and difficulty in spelling them (along with the fact the domains are plural not singular).

Overall, you guys have a decent start.
