Wiki open source?

Hi,

I need to setup a wiki site, it will be specific health related wiki with topics covering only diabetese.

The mediawiki software is a way too big for this small implimentation.

Ant till now, i can find an open source/ cheap under 100USD wiki software which have good template support.

Any recomendations in this regards are realy appricaited.

take a look at www.opensourcecms.com - they have several in the wiki section, plus have demos

I use wikidot.com for whi.ms. PBwiki.com is also very good with very easy to use interface. Wiki syntax can be a bit tricky.

Again, both free.

Wikidot was founded by a guy in Poland and he still answers his own email. Very impressive site and exceptionally helpful and courteous.

but the both websites offer * Free wiki with hosting, as the sub domains of their sites *

I am looking for a script that i can install on my hosting space and run it independently.

I checked and installed many options, but i found the best was "dokuwiki" found here.
