Luuuucky! They will be coming for this one with wads of money in their hands. If they don't though, you will definitely make some good revenue from a developed site. I wouldn't sell it to anyone for less than $5K.

It is trademarked but you can't create a trademark and then go after the owner of a name that's been around since 2004.

I contacted the previous owner at the end of April, making an offer for the domain after I heard about the new upcoming Nintendo system. They replied, telling me the name was already in the process of being sold/transferred. Now I know who beat me to it.
