OK, so it's only taken in the .net and the .com. The .com is owned by a domainer asking $5000 - with no apparent success despite the name's age (1998).

Assuming the .com is even worth 5000 (just for argument's sake), that would put your .net at $200 to maybe $1000 max in a wonderfully perfect domainer's world. And the world is far from perfect.

I don't see a lot of companies going for these keywords except H&R Block and some Indian companies.

I'm thinking the best you can hope for is a couple hundred dollars from a small tax preparation related company.

Personally, I have much better long .net domains (in terms of searches and CPC), and they rarely get offers. I'm close to dropping them. I would certainly drop this one.

Of course its an option. Development is always an option (actually the best option imo), add some unique content, get some backlinks and see what sort of traffic figures you get. CPC is not bad @ 2.37 - if you get a couple of clicks each week should be way better than parking it.
