I do not think that the .biz extension goes that well with a game domain and I am not a massive fan of .org as it is more for non profit making organisations and again I do not feel that it goes well with a game domain.

Tricky, the upside of the less-desirable extension is that you are less likely to get hunted down for tm infringement, I think both are reg fee undeveloped though
