first am not expert in developing. so i only sell domain without contents. just reg'd coz i know other extension mostly were taken singular or plural

You would probably see reg-fee in terms of reseller.

Pitch it to the .org and .info owners.

Maybe they will bite in the $xx range.

yes many extensions have been taken in a single or plural version. and seems owned by the same name.

Perhaps it is worth having a look at development? I know you are no expert.. and nor am I by any stretch of the imagination! But I really think you will lose out on extra cash by just selling the name standalone...
