The Names Wanted forum is designed to allow buyers looking for a domain/s to connect with sellers. It is time for the disregard for what is asked for to end.
We spend far to much time deleting and sending PM's to "stop doing" this or that because people are too lazy to read what buyers are looking for and/or they are trying to flog whatever crap they can in a buyers thread and hope others will see it....That is called spamming...
Buyers....Minimum requirements for posting.
Failure to provide this will be deletion of your thread.
How do you want people to reply?
Be VERY CLEAR on whether PM or Post.....or both are allowed.
(Keep in mind that when people post "in thread"...other buyers (like me :hehe: see them as well and could scoop you....just a heads up)
Budget/range
Using $$$ or xx,xxx ..$xx-$xxx
"Unlimited" or $100+ is not a budget/range. You must include your max range so sellers aren't wasting yours and their time sending names over your budget.
What are you looking for?
For what business/project/theme is the name to be used......Not just "I am looking for a valuable name"
eg..busines..gaming...3 letter...4 letter...LLL.com....etc.
Be as specific as possible. This will bring you the closest names to what you are looking for.
Extensions
Let people know what you want.....Com Net Org etc.
If you update your requirements...EDIT YOUR FIRST POST to reflect this as it is the first one that people read..
Keep your thread up to date. Make sure you post if you are no longer looking etc.
Letting others know what you bought would be nice...but not required.
Make sure you stay on top of your post. Don't just post and not return.
Threads will be deleted if no responses from thread starter for 7 days.
No Free Domain requests.
If you are looking to TRADE domains...please use the OFFERS forum.
If you don't provide the info required you may find your thread deleted..
Sellers....Read carefully...
This forum has gotten to the point that members who have done it once don't even want to post looking for a name again because you get inundated with so much irrelevant garbage. It makes it very unfair to legitimate sellers, who try and offer what is asked for, to lose any prospective buyers.
The thread belongs to the BUYER...it is not an opportunity for you to showcase names you have for sale...
Infractions will now get warning points....
This is not tough...read what they are asking for and if you don't have it...MOVE ON...
- No "check my sig" type posts.....PM or Post as requested
- No links to sales or sites....PM or Post as requested
- Posting when PM is asked for is spamming...
- If buyer asks for Post Only...don't send PM's
- If buyer asks you to post with Price, registrar, expiry etc...post with requested info or just move on.
When someone asks for .com and you send/post anything else...you are spamming..
When they say Budget $xx and you send anything over...you are spamming...
NO comments about someone's budget or request...If it doesn't work for you...MOVE ON

I am asking buyers to forward PM's to me that ask for prices OVER their clearly posted budget or if extensions other than what they asked for are submited to them. (The exception might be when I submit a .com (or requested ext) and the exact same name in a different extension at the same time. eg; Timeless.com and timeless.info.)
Don't try and fool us...we have all been around the block...
