domain Why TriplexCity.com isn't valuable?

I have a Brandable domain name (TriplexCity.com). I was buy it form GoDaddy in last year. I was thinking that it'll be an Great Brandable Domain Name for Real Estate related business. But till now I received an offer £190.
I wanted to hold it for 3-5 years, is it a good decision?

I wanted to know why this domain name is not valuable/eye catching?

Which can mean “XXXCity”?

Sounds R rated, but if can get over ambiguity;
more than 1 way to write “XXX” “TripleX” imo

According to dictionary : triplex (noun) : something (such as an apartment) that is triplex

It's a pretty nice domain but very niche, hold it if you believe in it.

I would much prefer this as "XXX City" ...not so thrilled with "Triple X City". Just isn't as sexy

I guess for people not into real estate, specifically multi-unit properties, it would appear as triple x but I saw it and immediately knew what it meant.
